But where do you get them, and which models use the ones to fit GM??????? Ford Dealer???? F-150????

To replace the keys on a 1500 series (non HD) truck use the Ford keys PN XL3Z5B328CA from a 2000 F-150. Look at a local ford dealership or a ford parts online site. About $40 for the pair.

 

On a 2500HD use the GM 1500 series keys or keys with the green paint on them "green keys" PN 15592573. Local dealer or www.gmpartsdirect.com. Not sure what the 1500HD uses as I have never messed with one! about $50 for the pair.
