2008 GMC 5.3 Bigger throttle body

i have a 2008 GMC Sierra 5.3. i have a cold air intake. a 91 octane black bear tune. going to regear to a 4:10 soon. i am wondering if a bigger throttle body helps at all after i have done all of those mods or if it isnt worth buying. i was looking at a LS7 throttle body or i was gonna buy a jet flo throttle body, because i heard the ls7 throttle bodies make your throttle position wierd.
