Good way to lower 99 F/S

Gettin some 20's. Now I need some lowering info. I was looking at DJM's Calmax L-1 which is a 2-4. I did notice that they use coils and not control arms. If I did go with the L-1 will I be able to get my truck aligned so my truck wont eat the hell out of my tires?? U heard andy good things on Hotchkis?? I dont want to make it too low.
