Leveled and Factory 20s pics

Recommended Posts

Because of the offset of the factory wheel you’re stuck with a narrow tire. I have 275/65-20 and have now issues with rubbing. I think 35” is about all I can get in the wheel well (front to back) but most 35’s are 12.5” wide and the UCA might rub the sidewalls

I will take a picture of my UCA when I walk outside. I think you’ll be ok, it’s only about .5” closer. I thought I had at least and inch. I’ll take a picture in an hour

295/60R20 and when these wear out it's going to a 295/65R20.  Tires fit on the rims nicely and I have miles between the tire and anything in there.  1" of rake from front to back with the stock keys cranked.

Sweet truck!

Here are some pics of a Central Coast Motorsports (CCM) upper control arm showing sidewall clearance. Tires are BFG KO2s in 275/65R20 on stock wheels...no issues with this size on a stock rim offset. Also, no other fender rubbing either. Trimming was not required...

I agree with Waaazooo...if you run too wide of a tire and /or a rim with a different offset, your UCAs may rub the sidewall...

Forgive my ignorance here... Are you saying that these upgraded UCA's will give me a little more clearance to run a larger tire?

2015 2500, turned up bars with factory keys, air bags in the back, running 305-75/18 on the factory 18" wheels. I have slight rubbing on the frame now at full lock 697a2704cbe06d4e5fc17cf4a23535b8.jpg4d98b3c581f222e13f2429b9c948052b.jpg599c3967ea45225f434eacbdd74a1ab6.jpgd1883aa482adb16457dfb734f2d926de.jpg

With your sports bar... normal bed cover or is it a custom one to fit with the sports bar?
