thanks to this forum. special thanks to sonjaab. i drove 10 hrs back and forth to get her after a grueling week search i finally have her home. she only had 16 miles, so i drove carefully and stopped several times at rest stops. i already ordered a few items including nerf bars. by the way, thanks to vince at gmc/ pontiac in youngstown, oh. this was the easiest deal ive ever done. vince paid for our dinner and was very helpful. the truck was in a-1 condition and detailed thouroghly, will do business again. by the way i got 12-14 mpg and was amazed at how these trucks have changed since my 99'. seats that remember the driver and so fourth! in a few more years cars will steer on their own. also, boy...i got a lot of stares from semi-truck drivers, my advice....go see vince!

Congrats on the truck!!! I'm waiting on my 04 GMC CC SLE with the 8100 to come in. The dealer said it should be delivered on Aug 13, I can hardly wait. Again nice truck, I know you'll love it.

Hmm, was down that way a few weeks ago. Should work out some sort of gathering for the late summer or fall. I'm up in Cleveland, so just over an hour to Youngstown.

All of my trucks have been black. PIA to keep nice, but looks great !

The car saleguys call all green vehicles "no sale green". Black sells

fast at trade time ! Heck my 96 Caddy was seafoam green..UGH!

sonjaab, yes they showed invoice and the dealer was great. he also added the conquest rebate of $500.00, total i saved $8500! i will try some posts when i get back from vacation. first tow, i'll let u know how it goes.

uou are lucky to find such a nice truck just the way you wanted it. I get thunbs up from other truck drivers as they pass me on the highway the same as you did. these trucks are awesome.
