How do I know if my truck has a cabin filter without removing the glove box?

Hmm, you could look up the year of your truck.  It says you drive a "2104" 3500 HD.  If that means 2004, then the answer is No, you don't have one . . . unless someone did the DIY mod to add it.

 

I don't know about 2014.

 

It's not really hard to remove the glove box to check.

They don't from the factory.  2007-2014 trucks never came with one.  You can add one, there is a GM retrofit to do it if you want.
