Awesome write up.  I just ordered the On3 76/65 kit for my 2015 Silverado. I am shooting for 10psi, 500whp.

Could you send your tune my way? I would like to do some comparisons in HPT with tunes, and get a ballpark loaded before tuning the truck.

Haha 500rwhp is easy at 12.5psi on the l83 trucks we make over 550rwhp. And we have 5 trucks I know of with my tune.it is a l86 6l80e tune. And the 1-2 shift is a little hard depending on throttle %. But at the track and under wot it was best. It will upload and let you run no issue all you want till you get to the tuners. But have him start on you stock file. So you have good base and then on a thump drive save all the tunes. Then if you have issues or change something down the road you can just post file or log and get it fixed for free.

PM me you email and I can send it.

Oh boy so the update is this.

Everything in trans is burnt and the clutches and steel bands are damaged 2-6 damaged and the carrier is damaged. So 2 options for my power level stage 2+(no billet output shaft. or stage 3. then on the stage3 option to add billet output carrier. So IMO have to at least go stage 3 with the billet out put shaft but guestion is the billet carrier. it isn't needed other then for the 3000rpm launches.

They want a 25GVW trans cooler up front with no lines going into radiator. Says must keep trans temps under 180*. Said lower thermostat or bypass. They said the larger pan is fine but can't compare to a stack plate large cooler. and the added fluid is the only real advantage.

My issue is how do I do all this. I have a XXL race core intercooler in the front. so space is limited. I need a another thermostat housing  with AN line fittings or many adapters. then plugs for the radiator.

Anyone have any input or links to kits or parts or pictures. I get that panic hurry and buy parts felling. Trans fluid cost $500 so best to do this job once.

Take a slow deep breath. I know that feeling.

https://www.amazon.com/LSX-Innovations-Cooler-Manifold-Fitting/dp/B07D9T734Z

On the radiator plugs or cut and blind cap the metal portion of the line. Actually you don't have to do anything but remove the old lines and drain it.

That will get you started. On the cooler you might have get creative. It can be located anywhere if your willing to use duct work and a fan. Do the billet carrier Don't stop a foot from the finish line. You will never sleep well again. Have any room where the second battery tray was? In the bed? Under the truck? In a fender well?

Thanks GB I was hoping you would post up something.
And I will cap off the radiator trans lines.
Cant remember if we have aux trans coolers.
I don't really want to mess with fitting a large cooler behind my huge intercooler. So maybe mount it lower up under bumper with a fan is better. Also I like an line not clapped rubber so may tap and mount fittings and remove factory line.
Hard to order parts without truck to see.

Ok I pulled the trigger and went big. Trans is being built and should ship back to me on Monday or Tuesday. also went as big as I can find on the other parts

DERALE 13870 40row stacked plate 1000 series cooler with 800cfm fan.

-6an lines black anodized with black braided lines

DERALE thermostat switch (180* on 165* off) wish the setting was a little lower with the turn on

-6an transmission block *thanks grumpy bear, other website was over $100 for this*

Redline D6 ATF 4 gallons (hope that is enough if larger cooler, pan, lines, stall)service record said 12 quarts but that doesn't include the stall the get 2 quarts to start with

2 Hayden radiator nipples, they are stock on one side and barb on other I will blow out radiator and just cap off.

Plan is to get some 1/4" chrome molly tubing at local race shop and some 1/4" hole taps (8) and weld up two bars that bolt to the frame right behind the bumper, between the two intercooler pipes. Then wire a relay to the 2nd battery, so with truck off the coolers fan still runs with truck off. the battery isolator will protect truck stock battery from draining and if I track the truck at least the cooler will be working when I am in the pits.

Dan is a good guy I've been with both Hoerr Racing and Red Line quite awhile. I'd trade neither. You'll find Dan quite helpful for running down all sorts of things. Resourceful fellow. Lots of connections. Whole shop for that matter. Your welcome. Happy to be of service.

Getting there. I can't say enough good things of Circle D. Trans is shipped back, should be here in 48-72hr. And i got a shirt.
More goodies showed up only missing the online trans thermostat switch.
Checking out the stall for peace of mind.
The brass nipples are service item to flush the trans lines in radiator. I will blow out the radiator then leave the them in and cap them off.
I will worry about the wiring later. Still not set on best way to do that. Derale just says power and ground with he switch inline with the ground. Draw is 9.5amps seams over the top for a relay unless I want the signal wire inactive the relay. Then down the road one can trouble shoot it right at the top of engine bay. And toninrun it of constant 2nd battery or rap wire or ignition wire.

So cant make boost? If so check the wastegate and the fire ring. If you have a HPT I can send you free file for tune.

All it needed was a tune! my truck is running great but my tuner was only able to get me at 6 pounds because the manual Boost controller was not regulating anything! but at 6 pounds wow its alot of fun! thanks for your help! ill try to post some pics soon.

I highly recommend quick connect air line in the hard plastic and as I said you really need to hit Ebay and buy the better springs. 8lb or 10lb for the wastegate and the -21 for the BOV. Also listen to your BOV bigger springs will get rid of the surge. Makest a world of difference on the shifts.
Only maintenance is cleaning the bov.
No problem that tune is in 8 truck I know of now.

Who did you go with for drive shaft. Will it be custom?
There are local shops to me and I am asking for a 2 piece adjustable unit. But I want light weight. Like carbon fiber or aluminum. But issue is the diameter. So still looking.
I have a thicker then stock unit I bought off a local racer. But on launching I need more.

Looking at the MSD 2step. It is plug and play to the coils then one wire to the brake light switch. Then set the computer to allow the rpm on launch. Hold brake with left foot and floor it with the right. Computer will allow set rpm hold and 2 step will build boost.
Fire and all hell out the exhaust then remove left foot and your gone.
