I believe it's the same bushing that's on the bottom spring it pops in the hole on the middle leaf spring. It is grease.

Was there any part numbers listed? See if they have a new rev of the rubber pads or if it's just the same as the bottom ones.

Dorman makes the same part. Might be cheaper. They're supposed to slide smoothly against the other leaf. When dirt gets between the plastic and the leaf, it creates friction and they pop, making the noises you hear. Grease just attracts more dirt. Pressure wash them and apply teflon or dry graphite instead. I used Super Lube aerosol spray. Worked great, lasted over 2 years.
