Best Way into cab with coax?

Recommended Posts

Hope Everyone is having a GREAT Summer !!

I installed an antenna on my cap and need to get the coax into the cab, I don't want to use the Back Panel Vents, Don't mind using a hole saw, just need to know best spot

Its only about 1/8 of an inch COAX (RG316 PTFE 1/8" diameter coax)

It's a really cool mount from DIAMOND (K9000TM) that you can raise and lower LOVE IT !!

THANKS !!

Grommet in the floor pan or grommet in the fender.

So Grommet in the back wall of cab not possible? (2012 extended cab pictured)

I was hoping to fold back seat up and drill there somewhere

Thanks

Thanks, I will look in the morning, I didn't know there was a hole under back seat in the extended cab 2012

You must be a HAM or commercial radio operator, remote mounting the head

I just got a KENWOODTM-V71A Dual Bander (with cross band repeater)

Lets me park the truck and set it up as a repeater for handsets in the area

Thanks for the info

Sure it is but use the one that is already there.

Of course, I didn't know there was a hole under back seat in the extended cab 2012

Thanks
