I'm gonna' get my next truck wrapped something like this.

Now that guy ain't worried about rock chips or door dings. Low stress. There's something to like about that.

Wow! Looks like a LTZ High Country. He must have been pushing the salt water rinse button at the car wash. The windshield shade must be a joke. Who wants to drive their truck on the beach now?

If money wasn't a concern, I'd definitely consider wrapping my truck in a similar manner! Or better yet, have the people on Las Vegas Rat Rods upgrade my truck!

For the cost of full wraps and Kevlar, I'd rather take the hit for rock chips. Having it repaired before selling by a body shop is an option. Probably $500 -1000 depending on how bad and where you live. But I opted for clear film on just the forward surfaces.

Which is what I've currently been thinking. $3k just for an exterior mod is pretty steep, but that Kevlar stuff sure is badass. Might have to take her to a body shop just to see what they'd charge me. I won't do another vehicle without the clear film next time.

Haha, that's pretty cool... I definitely can't tell if its rusted for real or not. If it was to be a wrap it would for sure be something that stood out like this.

Wrap is good and it holds up fine but it's $$$ for something that won't last forever, paint is the best way to go but you pay for it.

I got a vehicle touched up and colour matched for about $1000 but still chips will happen again.

If you have access to a place to Paint indoors, or even a pop up garage and a air compressor I would just order the plasti dip kit to paint your truck, it would be about $600 said and done if you do it yourself and the great thing about it is if you want to change the color you just have to spray one new layer on top.

Terrible past experiences with painting, I definitely don't have the skill for it. Only mod I won't really do.

I messaged a place in your area that does plasti dip to get a quote, still no reply. The place is called ATX dip in Austin Texas

I really don't want to see you drop 5k + on a paint job

Here's just some ideas of colours

I do have a friend that got Kevlar on his logos and his flares on his jeep, he says that he loves it but the sun has done damage to the colour and can be a pain to clean.

If that's not a concern to you, I think that cherry red jeep looks very cool and would look really cool on your truck.

I got my truck wrapped in a matte paint protection film when I first bought my truck. Loved it ever since. Protects the paint and I love matte colors, especially my matte black :)
