I have for sale Doug Thorley tri-y long tube catless headers. They fit 14+ Sierra/Silverado 5.3 and 6.2 engines. 6.2's will require modification to ball collector that attaches to the catback portion of exhaust.

 

These are ceramic coated and fit perfectly. Took me 8 hours to install. All bungs are welded and fit the OEM O2 sensors without extensions. As with most headers without a tune you will get a CEL. These are catless headers. I swapped out all the hardware for Grade * so you get both sets of hardware.

 

Had them on my truck less than a week. They are loud fed through my Stainless Works Catback. I was going to have high flow cats welded in but said screw it and took them off.

You said the only reason you removed is they are far too loud?

What is the needed modification to the ball to fit 6.2?

This part needs to be mated properly with your cat back. On these headers it's sized for the 5.3 exhaust which is 3", on your 6.2 you'd need to expand it for your 3.5" diameter exhaust.
