Negative Offset Rims

I have a question, what is the biggest tire size you can fit on a 20X12 -44 wheel with just a leveling kit? i know this is a long shot but i want to stay leveled with a wide stance.

The outside of the tire, sticking out, when turned, swings a much wider arc then the stock offset wheels.

33's with just a leveling kit will require some cutting with negative offset wheels

i have a 6.5 in lift with, i believe, a -12 offset. 20x10 with 35s. i still had to shim out the front bumper and cut the lower deflector about an inch inward. i still get minor rubbing on the outside passenger side corner when i turn the wheel and go into a divot.
