These are genuine black textured GM tow mirrors and they work perfectly and are cosmetically equally perfect.

 

Had them on my truck for the past few years and now I'm selling/trading the truck in so don't need these anymore.

 

Pretty sure they're heated, they have the turn signals, power adjust mirrors and are manual fold.
