Who here uses this stuff. Is it worth the $12.00? My Downey tonneau cover states that they recommend 303 and only 303. They say using other products might wreck the vinyl topcoat.

Downey turned me on to the stuff back when I got my cover in '99. Plastics and rubber manufacturers like this stuff because it doesn't dry out plastics and rubber like the silicone based protectants. It is great stuff. The alternative is Lexol Vinyltex. It is good too, but it doesn't protect as well as 303.

I like the 303 also. I use it on my dash and console since it isn't all greasy like the Armoral stuff. As for the black trim on my truck, I use Mother's Back to Black. I found the 303 tends to fade on the black trim whereas B2B doesn't. I would also recommend 303 if you have a bra on your truck.

I use the 303 on my tonneau, tires, and interior, and like Ryan, buy it by the gallon. But I have noticed that after a rain, I've got streaks down the side of the bed below where the snaps are. That's the only bad part about it. But it does exactly what it says

I use it a lot. Mostly on my boat. "Sunscreen for your stuff" is just what it is. It's pricey and hard to find around here, but I use it a lot. I've found that if I keep my door seals cleaned up with it they don't sqeak when the truck flexes and the rubbing happens. Works nice on the tires too.
