The topper comes with all hardware.

 

These tops are great for someone who does not need a hard topper. I purchased this from another person not knowing that GM has 3 bed sizes in the 1500 trucks, so this was never even installed on my 3500 truck. This will be my 5th Softopper and they are awesome. Very versatile and user friendly.
