I can respect that. Be aware that PayPal does have a limited amount of time to report these types of incidents to get your money back.

I did re buy the part from Chevy so it's not holding me up but still

UPADATE pay pal gave me my money back after about 2 weeks.

I recommend you dispute the payment. 3 weeks of not hearing from someone after payment is unacceptable.

Agreed. I'd see if they have any other feedback and if not, I'd start the Paypal dispute ASAP.

If anyone has a set of new 20 inch take off's they are willing to part with just send me this assholes location and I can "arrange" to have both of his big toes chopped off with rusty garden shears and sent to you in a Tupperware snack box. That way the Postal delivery guy can't smell anything. Prying off knee caps with an Eastwing serrated head claw hammer ? is also a fan favorite.
