2004 Duramax LB7 Transmission Problem

Truck will not go into any gear sometimes. The wiring for the ABS or other things is loose but connected. Tried connecting new wheel bearings and again worked great then stopped working. The little line under the gear selector goes away and comes back sometimes it stays and works great. Its also throwing the P0872 code. Also replaced the harness thats inside the trans pan and also replaced the NSBU switch. Any thoughts?
