Touch screen going completely blank

Anybody know what causes the touchscreen to go blank and come back on a few minutes later!

Not sure, happened to me twice

My '15 did it several times. Dealer said they found a loose connection on one of the modules hidden in the dash. Not the actual touch screen itself. Been fine since, over a year now.
