Bought my Silverado a few months. Done a few small mods to start with.

Put a set a BFG KO2 on a couple days after buying it. Got a lineX bed liner and an AMP bed extender. Inside I got a set a weather tech floor mats front and rear. Going to upgrade the headlights and fog lights to either HID or LED and LED rear lights. Not sure which ones yet.

Once I get her back from the dealership after the repairs from a recent wreck I can get more done.

The only pics I have is from the wreck right now. I do gotta say this truck took a hit pretty good and all it needed was some body work and a new axle and leafs springs and few other things

So a few tips have the frame checked and re checked. Make sure the put it in the frame machine and give you the read outs. Makes sure they give you the read outs after a four wheel alignment to insure the truck tracks straight. If they say they lost the print out or the computer crashed call bs and make them put it back on the machines. Have a friend follow you after you get it back to insure its tracking straight. How do I know, from experience. Pay attention to tire wear also. If things don't seem right after you get her back take it back quick. Have them check it out. If they say they didn't find anything take it to another reputable shop and pay to have the frame double checked and then get a lawyer. Insurance companies total trucks after 15 hrs of frame work so if it should be totaled sometimes the shop will only do 14.5 because they don't get paid if the insurance company totals it out. This was all a a dealer too.

Thanks for the info. They checked the frame and it checked out with no issues. The axle took the impact which save the truck. So they are putting a new rear suspension in. Insurance wanted to put a used axle in but chevy got them to get a new one. Once it's done I'll check out the the alignment and watch the wear pattern. I'll probably take it to my tire guy and have him double check it all out just to be sure. Can't hurt

Did some light upgrades in the rear. Changed out to LED bulbs. Pics didn't come out the greatest at the day but it gives you an idea how it looks in the day. I'll take some night ones and post them.

Just got the truck back yesterday from the dealership. So far it's checks out. Tracks nicely on the road just like before. Stops evenly. Buddy followed me home and didn't notice anything.
