With the 18", if you leave the flapper and resonator on, you won't be able to hear the difference from stock. Waste of money.

If those are your choices, go with the 14".

I've had both. The 14 has a little rumble, and it will not drone or chop if you leave the flap and rez in place.

Well I'm up for option is that corsa doesn't sell just a muffler and I'm looking at something in 3.5 which I believe is what the 6.2 stock exhaust is what do you suggest

Yes, the 14" Magnaflow. If you go to a good custom shop, they can prop different mufflers up on their exhaust hoist and let you hear them before you buy. Saves a lot of time and money so you can choose the one you like the best. But it has to be a custom shop, not just a regular muffler shop.

Luster in your experience what do you think will sound better then MagnaFlow with the flapper and resonator still on

Everyone has a different idea of what will sound best. I like loud exhaust so that's why I went with Flowmaster 10 with rez and flapper delete.

If you want a nice rumble, louder than stock, but not too loud, then, yes, the 14" Magnaflow with flapper and rez still on should be best for you.

Has anyone that's done a muffler swap had a hard time when they trade their truck in? As in lower value on trade because of the modified exhaust?

In all honesty Shamrock I keep the original muffler and have removed/replaced

just one before trading. Other 2 occasions the vehicle just went with what was on it no hassles.

Do you know of any video clips of the 14 Maggie with the rez and flapper left on. I can't seem to find one. All the YouTube ones are of flapper and rez delete with 14 inch MagnaFlow
