Anyone have brake troubles?

Hi Guys,

 

I have a 2012 GMC Savana AWD with the 5.3L and the 4L60E Trans. I'm having brake trouble.

 

If you are doing a progressive stop it works fine, but if you start to brake, and let off, and then put your foot back on the brake, you encounter some resistance through the pedal, then you feel a click or a pop, and the brakes come on hard.

Rotors, pads and calipers are all good, it feels like something in the master cylinder, or a prop valve or something. Anyone have any ideas, or have had a similar problem?

No. It's not the ABS.
