Trailer brake control wires

I have a 2011 4.8 Silverado that won't crank and won't communicate with a scan tool unless I unplug half of the data bus. About a month ago a guy was installing a back up cam and decided to use the wires from tbcs connection under the dash and hooked a ground to the orange wire and fried something. After that it will not even crank over and refuses to communicate with scan tools but after a month of troubleshooting I can get it to crank, start and communicate (sorta) by simply unplugging green connection on the back of the junction block that's to the left of the brake pedal which only allows the ECM,TCM,and BCM to communicate with scanners but there's a voltage draw that drains the battery and it's impossible to find, I did a voltage draw test on both fuse boxes and none of the fuses changed anything, still a 12 volt draw. I'm at the end of my rope, I can't think of anything else to do, bad module? short? theft deterrent? I don't know. Any advice?

I also tried replacing the trailer brake control module located under the spare tire but it wouldn't start at all after that. The dealership guys said it didn't need to be flashed but it obviously needs some sort of programming. I'd really appreciate any help!!!
