Throttle body (% open)

Just curious, does the throttle body open 100% under a set rpm if you have the pedal to the floor? I know on my 2010 F150 the throttle body wouldn't open all the way until after approx 2800rpm.

Yes the TB on the GM engines uses a ramp rate to control how fast and when the TB opens fully.
