6" vs 5" lift

I currently have a 2.5 suspension lift plus a 1.25 body lift so 3.75" total on my 09 silverado. Im running 275/65r20 tires. Id like to upgrade to a 5 or 6 inch rough country suspension lift but am torn. Id like a true 6" lift but it would end up being 7.25 inches of lift. Dont know of that's too much for 34" tires that are 11" wide. Any pics? Or suggestions?
