bearing noise in 4x4

Recommended Posts

I find this a little odd. My 2019 L5p is so quiet in 4hi, I drove home 30 miles on dry highway by mistake pulling a trailer with a small bobcat. I only realized it when I turned the wheel to back in at my shop. I felt sick to my stomach and was sure I F’d something up, but nothing happened. It didn’t even get hot enough to belch out fluid. I think it sucks that the only indicator for 4x4 is the little light on the dial the size of a ballpoint pen. However, it drove so smoothly and quietly I had no idea. My steering wheel was a little heavy which I realized afterwards, but that was barley noticeable.
