Allison Overdrive Lockout Switch Question

Does any one know the cal ID for the Transmission that allows the ODLO switch work?

My truck was manufactured 05/02, and after re-checking and re-checking the install I have come to the determination that it might be computer related.

the dealer re-flashed it last night, works good now
