Help! Noise On Upshift

I recently bought a used 09 Sierra 1500 Crew Cab. It's making this noise on the upshift just before shifting. The truck has under 30k miles and transmission fluid is full. Anyone know what this might be? It's not very loud, can't hear it with the radio up and he truck shifts fine other than the vibrating winding noise. Anyone know what's going on?
