emeryz28
The flushing the metal shaving out and slashing the warranty is working out great for GM. It eliminates having to replace the converters before the 60k mile warranty runs out. ...really because I just asked them to and they replaced my converter. you post nothing but garbage
Black02Silverado
Going up large hills and mountains would really make it surge, didn't seem to matter what gear it was in. I tried changing spark plugs, swapped the coil with the one in my Cruze, etc. Nothing ever fixed it. Figured it was either the converter or transmission because nothing else ever fixed it. Seems that the tranny is the next item on the list.
Daryl Z71
Seems that the tranny is the next item on the list. Might be, but not for me to worry about anymore. Haha!
Corneile
Hi everyone. I just completed a full transmission fluid and filter change on my 2014 chevrolet silverado. I started the vehicle, flushing the old fluid through the transmission coolant lines as well as the thermostat coolant lines. All flowed well, until nice cherry red fluid. I turned the truck off, buttoned everything up and when I tried to start it again, no crank. I checked the battery, it was still good but decided to replace it anyway as it was stock and 7 years old. Still no crank. I'm thinking it is somehow fuse or relay related. I check the fuses, seems to be good. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Black02Silverado
When you say no crank, do you mean that when you turn the key nothing happens or does it turn over but not start?
