Yes sir, it is.. Only thing that needs to be done to it is have that hanger welded back on the tailpipe section.. The guy I had uninstall it didn't realize the factory hanger was still on the stock exhaust.. But that's why I have it priced accordingly.. Feel free to call or text me at (912)245-4232
