Up for sale today is a one of a kind, custom modified inside and out, 10” lifted 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ 1500 4x4. Out of the 30 or so vehicles I’ve had over the years, I have poured my heart and soul into this one, and not only is it my favorite, but it is the vehicle I’ve kept the longest. No expense was spared in the build of this Avalanche, and I am only selling as I bought a new diesel pickup for my new boat.

If you’ve been looking for Avalanche’s, you know how rare the LTZ 4x4 is, and a 7” Mcgaughys lift kit was installed that RETAINED THAT FACTORY AUTORIDE SUSPENSION. This was critical for me, as this truck was my summer daily driver, and I did not want an uncomfortable springy ride. This truck rides as nice as my new CTS-V. The LTZ is the most FULLY loaded model, coming with navigation, heated dual power leather seats, signal mirrors, backup sensors, backup camera, automatic dual zone heater a/c controls, and most importantly: Magnetic AutoRide Suspension and auto leveling rear shocks.

This Avalanche LTZ has everything from excellent looks, great performance, an extremely high quality sound system, to a smooth ride, with not a SINGLE problem. It rides and runs like a brand new truck, has not a speck of rust anywhere, no check engine or trouble lights, ALL FACTORY FEATURES WORK, and as you will see on the modifications, no corners were cut or expenses spared.

The lift kit, all suspension modifications, sound modifications and more were performed at the late model, high performance domestic sport car and truck auto shop I work at, by certified technicians. No backyard installs on any of the components, I have an entire build thread from the day I bought it up until a few weeks ago outlining every modification or replacement. The subwoofer box was custom made for under the center console. The PBR300x4 amp is also mounted between the console and box. The subwoofer amp is mounted underneath the rear seats. The seats fold properly as they should, no functionality was lost.

I purchased this vehicle from my uncle, who was the original first owner and appraised beach properties along the south eastern coast of the United States. It had never seen snow, and was driven extensively on the highway. When he decided to get a car in 2013, I bought this truck off him, and it still looked brand new, but had 213k miles on it. Because I knew what plans I had for the truck, we pulled the engine, transmission, front and rear ends, and transfer case.

The engine was rebuilt with OEM components, the transmission and transfer case were sent out to be built stronger to support a 10” lift and 36” tires. The front and rear axles were replaced with 2012 Yukon Denali XL 0 mile take off units. (I have receipts for everything listed here as well.) When we put the new lift on, we replaced all shocks, bushings, control arms, wheel bearings, brakes, leaving no original components. Effectively, the truck has 34,000 miles on all components, minus the body and frame. 247k Miles on the odometer as of today. Within the last 2 months, all the brakes were replaced, both front wheel bearings, and the fuel pump assembly.

The interior looks great, with no rips, stains, or problems. Very light wear on the drivers seat, everything else still looks like new as you can see. The body looks great, with no imperfections to note. No rust. The frame was always undercoated and looks great as well. No problems, nothing in need of replacement or repair.

I have a stack of receipts about 100 pages deep documenting and detailing all the repair work and maintenance on this truck since I’ve owned it. I have it on my insurance policy covered for an additional $15,000 over blue book value, and the receipts will document that as well. You will not find a better looking, extremely clean, problem free lifted Avalanche anywhere near this price range. I’ve attached the problem free Carfax as well. I would expect this vehicle to be able to drive from Cleveland, Ohio to California with not a single issue, and be a great comfortable ride while doing it. I do get great ship rates if you’d like to have it shipped, or I can pick you up from airport. Contact me with any other questions.
