New Sierra

Recommended Posts

I just became a GM truck owner in August. Bought a 2016 Sierra 1500 4x4 Z71 5.3L V8.

So far, I have added:
Weathertech floor mats
Readylift 2.25" leveling kit
Putco Switchblade tailgate light bar
Rough Country bull bar
BakFlip MX4 tonneau cover

Also planning to add lights to the bull bar, but I'm not sure if I want a light bar or two individual lights (round or square).

I'm an old guy with a truck like yours. What's the cost of putting a moderate (1.5-2.5") lift on the Z71?

I went with the leveling kit because of how expensive lifting is. Even a moderate lift is at least a grand, more if done done with quality parts. Leveling only cost me about $300.

Any pics of the LED tailgate light bar? Just ordered the switch blade to install this weekend.

I don't and the truck is currently in the shop, but I have received several compliments on the light bar. It looks really sharp - you won't regret it.
