Thumping feeling front driver side

Hello, I'm Darren. New to the forum. I have an 07.5 silverado 2500hd 4x4 ccsb duramax. Has a zone 6in lift with 20x10s and 35 ats. 175k miles


I have a "thumping" feeling like a flat spot in a tire. It is present between 15 and 80 mph on smooth highway. Goes away completely when taking a hard corner to the right, not to the left. The rate of the thumping never changes but does get harder with speed.

Ball joints are tight. Wheel bearings are new and tight. Tires have been rotated to eliminate that as a possibility. Noticed play up and down in the shaft the cv axles bolts to. Changed the shaft and bearing, the thumping was not as hard. So i then changed the whole front axle. Problem is better but still there.

Where should i go from here? Thank you in advance
