painting Silverado bottom half to make two tone

Looking for a well taken care of 99-02 silverado 1500 two tone with the red, white, blue, black or green as primary color and the bottom half being the dark charcoal gray ( I think they call it medium charcoal gray metallic) being the bottom color. Hard to find it seems, just wondering approx how much it would cost to find a solid color truck and have the bottom half painted that dark gray color to look like a stock two tone? And would it look out of place or dumb with a fresh paint job on the bottom half with a 15 year old original paint job on the top half?
