Bed lined rockers

Any one paint tthere rockers with black bed liner thinking about doing it to my 2002 2500hd seeing it's from Colorado with no rust at all and is now in western new work. What you use for it? How much did it take. Gonna do the bumpers as well because I think the chrome bumpers look silly with a white and black two toned truck.
