Looks like all factory rebates getting the price down. What's the dealer's contribution? You should see a few thousand more from them. Price is probably fair but I would expect the dealer to sweeten it.

Looks like a pretty good deal to me. You can't use the private offer with 20% off offer.

The factory incentives have nothing to do with the dealers incentive.
