And FYI the computer flash cant be done by the dealer/GM. Has to be done by 3rd party program which could cause issues with warranty down the road.

Got a 15 gmc 4x4

Will 3.73 fit or will I need to rebuild everything?

I made a topic a few months ago about going to 4.10 but I don't want my rpms that high going down the highway.

So just curious here and I'm nearing 33k warranty which is the bumper to bumper warranty that fades.

Anyone that has done this, were you worried about warranty issues?

Any ideas on labor ? Also would computer need to be reset? Thanks all

This is for 16 Yukon

Most people are getting quotes of $2k plus for both

If you're not tuned, an aftermarket tune will make that 1st gear launch feel like you have some 4.10's in there

While you are correct, the drivetrain on a 2015 vehicle is under the 5yr/100k mile warranty.

I've gotten quotes anywhere from $650 from my mechanic ( who says he will reflash computer) to about $2k from the dealer.

I trust my mechanic 100% but don't want any chances on warranty .

Wifes 3.08 Yukon is really lethargic especially when were towing our toy hauler which total is about 4k pounds .

Thanks guys
