I believe some places are also stickler on the reflector being open too but you would have to catch a cop on a real bad day to get called on that.

 

I like yours. The removable is a good choice overall. You could put some carnuba wax over it for more shine. I even wax my bare lights everytime I do truck helps repel water. Just use a soft microfiber to apply and buff it and of course make sure it 100% clean first.

The reverse light lens looks.. too.. out of place. I would have had those tinted down a little bit, personally. With the right kind of LED bulb it will still be plenty bright.

Just sprayed mine with Rustoleum but they need to be buffed. Can I use a wax or some kind of polish or do u think that would be too abrasive?

I would wetsand with 3000 grit then polish out with a buffer

If I wet sand won't it scratch them up? Then I'd have to spray again?

Google wetsanding and polish. Wildwilly1 is correct.

My trucks dirty right now lol hard to keep it clean with a concrete plant next to your office, but when it's clean like in the full picture of the truck you can see they stay a sleek black but even with going that many shades it's not too dark for the stock tail lights

I emailed your shop and they said it was paint, right? I was going to have them do mine after seeing your photos but I switched jobs so I didn't end up passing through town. Mine are tinted with tint film at the moment.

Do you have any pictures of just the removable tint you have on your tail lights and what % did you use

Looks great I'd do that 3rd top brake as well, think I will do the same on my truck, I like the option to remove it as well, plus no one in Nova Scotia here will do the paint tint, which I do like a lot
