Need help dash lights wont come one or heater controls

Hi i need help on my 2000 s10. My dash lights wont come on anymore. I had installed leds and a double and every thing was fine got home later at night and dash and heater control lights wouldn't come on. Dome lights headlights tail ligjts and license plate lights turn on. Fuse isnt blown but i used a test light and no power going through what could it be need help please
