Here's some icing for the cake.

I called Monday and asked to wait for the frame and fix it properly. I talked to the dealership I bought it from and they were worried just replacing the seal would enable it to leak again down the road. They said the frame could be warped from the heat in Yuma. It gets over 120 degrees here. Over 110 for 3 months in the year.

Tuesday the service manager calls and said the frame arrived early and it would be done on Thursday. I asked her to save the part for me to verify replacement. It sounded fishy to me because the part wasn't scheduled for delivery until September 8. Her response, no problem we save all warranty parts that are replaced.

Friday they call me to let me know the truck is done. I pick the truck up and ask to see the part. The guys whips out the old seal. I ask about the frame and he let's me know they reused the old one.

So the service manager lied to me about the frame being sent and installed just to appease me. She could have said they were trying the seal or just waited like I asked. Lying to me is worst option in my opinion. Now I have no faith in them.
