Some advise on 02 with D-Max

I have a chance of buying an 02 Sierra SLT 2500HD ext cab D-Max/Ally 1SD and lots of options for $31,643 after rebates, keep in mind this is a left over 02 with less than 10 miles and comes with full warranties cause it has never been titled.

What do you think let me know.
