U.P.D. Smoked Intake Installed!!

I just installed the smoked U.P.D intake. Overall, the install was pretty simple, I just had to do some trimming of the fan shroud because of the Poweraid spacer. The throttle response is definetly better, it just seems to have more power on tap. I'd reccomend it, but with a spacer you'll only have about 1/16 of an inch of clearence between the intake and the fan.

OK, I realize U.P.D. may not be a supporting vendor, by why the edit. Did I miss something? I definetly have no affliation with U.D.P, nor any other product I have installed. I submitted the post and pictures because I thought I could help someone choose between intakes if they are considering purchasing one.

Mervz, I did some post digging and understand why U.P.D. is changed to **Non-Supporting Vendor**. But I really don't think its right to not allow even their company's named to be posted. How about doing something like "U.P.D. (**Non-Supporting Vendor). It just seems to me that censoring the posts because of prior conflicts is a little immature.

What does everyone else think?

I guess it depends on the "prior conflicts". I can only assume that they were bad to warrant a censoring of their name.

Anyway, if there wasnt any bad blood then why not censor other brand names that we have used to mod our vehicles, only seems right.

lets just say it has to do with them not paying us for two months of supporting vendor status, and then acting like they dropped off the face of the earth, without returning our phone calls/emails.

I understand that, but it really is ashame that we can't even discuss their products.
