Black Matte Wheels Cleaning and Maintenance? What do folks with these type wheels typically use/do for them?

Curious question, why buy wheels that require so much TLC and specialty cleaning? They are wheels, they get the most dirty of any part, especially up north in the snow and sand/salt...

Soft bristle brush + soap is what I use. Mine not painted but would still use same.
