As of last December I had been given my grandfather's 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 (Though oddly enough it has the 2006 body) and since then I've been working on improving and fixing the issues that it's had. Since I've had it I noticed that the ABS and E-Brake lights have been on and I never really had thought twice about it until now. The ABS light is constantly glowing from the start-up point until I shut the truck down, and I'm wondering if anyone had any insightful tips for that. Furthermore, the E-brake had been pulled at some point and was broken into the "pulled" position. There is no longer an E-brake (or at least one that works) but the light is still on because the handle is still "pulled". Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You should try pulling codes for the ABS to see why it's on. Get yourself a BlueDriver or similar (the cheap ones won't look for ABS codes, unfortunately). I just did this on mine and I got four codes just related to the ABS. Seems to be a major weakness of the Sierras...
