I completely agree: there needs to be some rake in the truck.

 

My 2016 still hasn't arrived yet but I plan on installing the following: 1" spacer in front, 1" spacer in rear and Air Lift 5000 Ultimate Air Bags. Should maintain its rake, stance will be higher and the air bags will prevent squat. Should be absolutely perfect!

How difficult are the rear blocks to do? My truck squats with the trailer.

Doesn't look like she's squatting much, but when we unhooked the trailer, it was ~3" give or take.
We figured about 5,000 pounds of wood plus the 1,000 pound trailer

Here is my rig on a camping trip doing what it loves to do when towing this trailer, getting gas ;-)

 

Its a 272RLS camper, 35' overall and in camping mode is about 9500lbs

 

Truck is 16 SLT NHT 6.2 with bags and e load tires (but this picture is before the new tires)

 

Tows well, but you know its there

That's a nice Pinnacle. My folks just picked up their new 36FBTS last night. They make a super nice trailer.

Took a recent hunting trip from Wisconsin to Wyoming. Trailer hailed a Honda UTV and hunting gear for four guys. The trailer was about 200-250 pounds heavier from quartered out deer on the way home. [emoji3]
