The pulley will be fine but you will need the 5.3 throttle body adapter unless you wanna use the 6.2 throttle body ($110) like i'm doing on my 5.3

How will the power gains be affected by the set up your'e planning? (Bigger tb, bigger pulley)... Im gonna pull the trigger on this for my 5.3
