1990 motor, tranny and tcase swap into 1999 crew cab

Got some questions that I need answered.. I have a 1990 half ton siverado with the 350 tbi/700r4 trans and not sure on tcase with around 20000 miles and i have a 1999 crew cab 3/4 ton with a bad motor and trans but an amazing body. What would it take to swap everything over? Not looking to do a head swap or anything, just wondering if I could take the pcm and everything that goes with the 1990 and put it into the 1999.
