I might be interested have to look into something. I really would like to have the android app as carplay is for Apple only. Also I thought 2014 hardware was slower and older and could not be upgraded to use carplay. If it is the new model then it has the faster hardware which is key and better.

I would assume it's the newer software as I just purchased it from them around Christmas time.

How much do they charge to program to another truck

I'm not sure. When I purchased it I purchased it as an "all in one package" however I know my buddy had his programmed at dealer and they only charged him .5hr labor.

So you purchased the box around Christmas time is that what you mean? If it can do android as well plus have native navigation then I would more than likely take It.

Yea was purchased around Christmas time. I'm not sure about the android part and yes it has full-fledged nav.

Will need to be programmed to your vin at the dealer. My buddy had his programmed there when he did the install and they only charged a half hours labor.
