I have gloss black rims, I am wondering what is the best thing to use to clean black rims? I use a spray on foam tire cleaner from armor all and use meguiars gold class to wash my truck and rims but the rims still look dirty.

What can I use to clean them up better? I've access to autozone and advance auto parts and o Riley's and Walmart. What products can I find here and should I use?

Also. On a different note I have these little white specks on my truck I think it's dried specks of wax a detailer used a dirty cloth to wax my truck( I was told ) and this one guy sprayed something on the truck and it took the white specs off!!! Anyone know something safe to use on the truck? I'm totally not wanting to pay 100+ $ to detail it when I can do it myself.

Thanks for all the info!

An all purpose wheel cleaner thats clear coat safe will help with the wheels. For the white specs on the paint I would use some detailing clay. Cleaner wax may work but it may require more work. Meguiar's or Mothers sells some effective over the counter products.

Meguiar's gold car wash , there wax & quick spray (truck). Meguiar's gold car wash & quick spray wax ( Rims). I have GM Black gross rims . Note: NO car wash / wheel brushes.
