Appx 12 mpg in the city;

15 to 17 mpg on the highway, depending on the conditions.

I factored in the 6% difference between my odometer w/ 285s and the real world.

I only have 1K mi. on my truck, and I'm not running synthetic - so things could change a little.

I have a 2002 1500HD, 4*4, 6.0 and 3,73 gears, with 33000miles.

In town 12-13

Highway 60 miles per hour 16-17

Highway 70 miles per hour 14-15

I installed a denali driver information center, so it tells me instant and average.

The wind makes a huge difference. With the wind on the highway I can get 18-20.

Cool... Where did you get the Driver Info Center? Did you install it yourself? How much did it set you back? Thanks!!

I get about 12.5 in the city and when I do highway driving I am normally towing and get about the same. The worse I have ever seen was over the holiday weekend when I was using alot of 4 Low down on the Sand Dunes and that was 8.9MPG. OUCH :lol:

I get around 11-12 in town, but I live in a very hilly area -- so I'm usually geared down. I typically get around 14 on highway -- but did see as high as 19 when it was new.

2002HD; 6.0; 5-speed; 4:10; K&N FIPK; and a heavy right foot.
