The PIT has been updated as of March 9, 2015, and an "A" has been added to the end. It reads as follows in the new Document ID: 4109395.

"#PIT5374A: Headlight Performance (BCM Calibration and Bulbs) - (Mar 9, 2015)"

"This PI was superseded to update Warranty Information. Please discard PIT5374."

No update for me today. The service writer only ordered one (1) bulb for my Cyclops truck.

Can't make this stuff up!

Any difference between the 2?

Does anyone know if the install a simple as removing a harness and inserting bulbs? Worried about condensation build up in headlamps afterwards. I may just be paranoid, spoke with Service department and they said they'd possibly be removing front bumper. Didn't figure changing bulbs was such a process

Removing the bumper would certainly not be required for replacing just the bulbs, but if they are also replacing the headlight electrical harness, then it may be necessary, as that harness is probably not accessible otherwise and may be clipped to the radiator support under the bumper.

Yes, the document number above and the A added, shown above. The change was under the warranty information for the BCM, they added 0.5 hr under labor time. I'll add a pic of the changes.

Nothing on your end. It was just to clarify the labor time for the BCM Reprogram for the service guys and gals. See above post/pics.

Thanks ............

You're welcome.

After 18 months, they still left me in the dark! Maybe some day, or I mean night, I'll get to see the light?
